Dancing must be one of the 'funnest" exercise one can have! You lose pounds and don't even notice all the hard work you are doing!

While we focus on learning the steps we forget about our troubles, at least for a little while. There's nothing negative to say about dancing. Good for your health & appearance. Dancing makes me sane and release stress! Makes me more flexible & lighter!

With so many types of dance, one could never get bored and one is bound to find his/her own style.

I love watching shows like "So You Think You Can Dance", "Dance Your Ass Off" & "Dancing with the Stars". One can learn a lot from watching these shows and apply it into their own dancing technique.
